Black Belt Instruction: Our instructor team is made up of black belts with more than 10 years of teaching experience. Head instructor Ricardo is a 4th-degree black belt under Rorion Gracie, son of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu founder Hélio Gracie.

Questions Parents Often Ask
What if my child has never done martial arts before?
Absolutely. No previous martial arts experience is needed. Our coaches introduce your child gradually and help them feel comfortable from their very first class.
What if my child is shy or nervous about trying it?
That’s very common. We don’t expect kids to walk in confident. The goal is to help them build confidence through small challenges, encouragement and progress, at the beginning they can just watch the class, then we will invite them to play a game and as they get more comfortable we increase their participation gradually.
Does my child need any equipment?
No. Everything they need to get started during the 10-Day Challenge is included, including their free gear.
Does the 10-day trial require a membership or commitment?
No. The 10 days are completely free. Let your child experience MilokiFlow first and decide afterward if it’s the right fit for your family.
What happens after I claim the free trial?
